Meet Our Team

Before joining Let Alliance I completed a degree at Edge Hill University and worked in various customer service based roles. I really enjoy communication and customer interaction and I’m keen to express this within my role at Let Alliance.

In my free time I enjoy video filming and editing as well as socialising with friends and family.

After working in an estate agency for over 8 years, I decided that I wanted a fresh challenge. I joined Let Alliance because I like the company’s values and think it will be an exciting opportunity. In my spare time I am usually chasing after my 6 year old son and my beagle puppy!

After working within retail and the travel and tourism industry, my aim is to expand my customer service skills and experience during my career at Let Alliance.

I enjoy travelling, going on holiday and visiting new countries. I used to live and work in Turkey, alongside studying for my higher national diploma in Travel and Tourism.

My previous experience comes from a legal background where I was everything from support staff to the managing director’s PA. I joined Let Alliance to further my career and enjoy a new challenge.

I am a keen runner, running half marathons, 10ks and 5ks. My best achievement is running the Chester Metric Marathon, 16.4 miles!

Having previously worked in retail and hospitality, customer service has been the main focus of all my roles. I graduated university with a Business and Management degree and have learnt a lot about business theory – it is now time for me to put it into practice. One of the main reasons I joined Let Alliance is the company values which apply to our customers and team. To be part of a company that ‘does what it says on the tin’ is so important. To know you’re part of a team that encourages diversity and minimises hierarchy is so refreshing and exciting!

My free time consists of spending time with my friends and family and the odd holiday or two! I love experiencing different places and cultures.

I have over 11 years experience working in retail and one previous job working in an office environment. I really enjoyed the fast paced challenge of working in an office and wanted to continue somewhere that I could gain experience as I wanted a career, not just a job.

I like to attend various comic conventions within the UK. I also love to crochet, make jewellery and play video games.

I joined the Rent on Time team in October 2015. I spend a large amount of my day on arrears management, assisting tenants to pay off arrears in manageable payments plans. I oversee managing a large portfolio of housing benefit clients through our business. This is a niche part of the Rent on Time business, however, my history is working within the largest housing association in the UK. This experience allows me to have a great deal of knowledge and real passion for the role. My key strength is building customer relationships. My clients can talk to me about anything relating to this to help them manage their portfolios. Prior to my role at Rent on Time I worked at Evolift as Business Development Manager.

I previously worked in the hospitality industry while at university and realised that I really enjoy customer service roles. Having recently moved to Chester, I am looking forward to working at Let Alliance and the new challenges that this job will bring.

I started my career in Human Resources when I moved to London and worked in the leisure industry in a health spa. I moved back to the North West in 2003 and have continued working in HR in various sectors including pharmaceuticals, recruitment, travel and local Government. I have gained 6 years of my HR experience working for a private healthcare company where I was recruited as part of the initial ‘start-up’/mobilization team for a purpose built private hospital. It was having gained this ‘start-up’ experience at the healthcare company that first attracted me to the role here at Let Alliance. It’s really exciting to be working in a fast-paced and growing company, and to be part of a team who are genuinely committed to standing by the values and commitments that are at the forefront of everything we do.

Connect with Annie:

Originally from Spain, I moved to the UK in 2013 to kick-start my career. I have extensive experience in hospitality, mainly in customer service roles. I am very excited to see what the future holds for me at Let Alliance.

Outside of work I enjoy meeting up with friends and family, going to watch movies and travelling the world.

I have considerable experience working in customer services, most recently within a busy call centre and previously as a Senior Nursery Nurse. I am enthusiastic and passionate about providing excellent levels of customer service. Let Alliance appeals to me because of the dedication and care shown to customers.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going to the gym and walking my dog Seb.

I worked in hospitality for six years and have great experience  of working in a busy, customer facing environment like Let Alliance. I’m looking forward to developing new skills and being able to progress my career within the company.

I joined Let Alliance after working at Iceland Foods for 10 years, bringing with me a good understanding of the need for excellent customer service which I look forward to developing with Let Alliance.

Outside the office I enjoy spending time with my son and partner, and my energetic springer spaniel.

I joined Let Alliance as an exciting prospect and challenge, and I’m looking forward to a successful future.

Before starting my career at Let Alliance I worked in the banking and finance industry. I have acquired a passion for excellent customer service treating each as an individual with their own requirements, and I am now applying this in my role at Let Alliance.

I enjoy football and am a Manchester United fan. I also enjoy walking with my German Pointer and watching films.

“After leaving school, I was lucky to secure a position with Pilkington Brothers who are a large Global Organisation. There were no quick routes to progression other than focusing on personal development and hard work. This involved working towards academic and professional qualifications (including additional evening courses) and completing dedicated training at the Pilkington Academy.

This ethos inspired me to progress into marketing, working towards gaining professional ‘Chartered Institute Of Marketing’ qualifications. After several years in Marketing Management, I moved into senior Operational Management roles, followed by more recently, Head Of Customer Service and Experience, where I was accountable for delivering outstanding levels of Customer Service, focusing on the Customer Journey.

I joined Let Alliance in December 2015 at a very exciting time of outstanding growth, bringing with me my past experience and knowledge to ensure that we continue to deliver on the company values, delight our customers and ensure that we uphold our commitment to keep customers at the heart of it”.

“I am the founder & CEO of Let Alliance, the fastest growing specialist provider of tenant referencing and rent guarantee in the UK. I have over 25 years of management experience within the retail financial services and residential property investment market, overseeing growth and acquisitions across several companies.

Previously I was Business Development Director at Towergate Partnership and Sales & Marketing Director of Towergate’s subsidiary Paymentshield. Prior to this, I was Chief Executive of Erinaceous Insurance Services (now Barbon) and Group Sales & Marketing Director of Erinaceous Group Plc.”

“I joined forces with past colleagues in 2010 to set up Let Alliance Ltd. Being a firm believer in the power of customer service, I introduced a set of values and strategy based on Ten Customer Commitments and an exceptional customer experience, by way of a more intimate account management relationship that would secure the longevity of the customer partnership with the business. I have embarked on a recruitment campaign that would focus on attracting and selecting the very best team of account managers; developing the remuneration and training framework that not only supported but also encouraged career progression within the business.

I started my career at Pearl Assurance, part of AMP Financial Services. Spending the first 5 years in Human Resources, I then took on the role of Assistant to the Sales & Marketing Director responsible for the implementation and monitoring of sales management targets and sales communications for a field based team of 1500 representatives across the UK.

After 10 years with Pearl, I joined Erinaceous Insurance Services (EIS) helping to develop the growth strategy and implementation for Homelet. This saw the organic growth of the company two fold, leading to the acquisition/integration of Letsure; and 50% of the market share in the tenant assessment sector.

After a successful 4 years with EIS, I joined The Towergate Partnership in order to set up CCV Letting Agent Solutions (CCV LAS), which would launch them into the lettings tenant referencing and insurance market.”

“I began my career in communications working for the mobile phone provider Orange but quickly moved into the Residential Lettings Sector in 2005 when I began working for Jordan’s Residential Lettings as a Negotiator. Working within all areas of the lettings business, I was transferred to the Chester branch in 2007 as Branch Manager. I was successful in transforming the business and increasing the overall performance.

The Jordan’s Chester office was purchased and re-branded with me project managing the transformation of the business into Jordan & Halstead, overseeing the migration of customers, staff and systems. I also worked on the transfer of property portfolios from other letting agency acquisitions. Tasked with running the business I was accountable for all areas including finance, management and business development.

In early 2009 I was selected to lead the development of a new business from product planning to inception. I conceptualized and launched ‘Rent on Time’ into the marketplace. The product was launched within 2 months and I also worked closely with the Sales Director to launch Rent on Time’s letting agent and financial intermediary propositions.”

“In 2010 I joined previous colleagues to work on the launch of Let Alliance as Head of Underwriting and negotiated specialist rental guarantee, landlords and tenants insurance products with our underwriters.

I have worked in the property owner and commercial insurance sector since 2002 and started my career as Credit Controller for the commercial property broker Keelan Westall. Following its acquisition by Erinaceous Insurance Services; I moved within the group to work directly for the Insurance Director. My roll included the management of all the insurer binders and agreements, monitoring scheme performance and working on product development.

In 2008 I joined the Towergate Group. I worked on the build and launch of a Letting Agent Solutions. Following the successful launch of Letting Agent Solutions, I moved into Paymentshield (also within the Towergate Group) in order to become the Let Property Product Manager responsible for negotiating the let products in place with the providers as well as managing the placement of portfolio business.”

I joined Let Alliance as an account manager in 2013. I worked my way up to team leader, had some experience in our project team and am now overseeing the referencing team as Referencing Manager. In my time at Let Alliance I have been fortunate enough to spend time with some of our customers understanding how their business works. I have attended the Negotiator Awards and annual industry conferences, all helping to further my knowledge on our sector, as well as completing my ARLA qualification.

In my spare time I teach ballet at a local dance school to children ages 2+ and also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and walks with my mischievous puppy Beau!

I joined Let Alliance in 2013 as a customer service representative taking care of our agents in the West Midlands, processing tenant reference data and assisting in piloting the Home Office’s Right to Rent scheme.

In 2015 I progressed to managing a dedicated team of inbound call handlers, ensuring all calls were answered swiftly and to the highest of standards. I then advanced to the role of team leader, heading up a team of enthusiastic and devoted customer service representatives.

In 2016, the Home Office Right to Rent legislation came in to force and I progressed to my current role as Right to Rent Advisor. My expertise in document analysis and connections with the Home Office were required. I am now responsible for ensuring that both Let Alliance and our letting agent customers are fully trained and compliant with the legislation. I also oversee our hardworking multi-skilled team of referencing administrators as they are responsible for the processing of our Global Right to Rent references.

During my time at Let Alliance I have gained my ARLA qualification and I look forward to further developing my career with our forward thinking and expanding company.

“Spent 5 months traveling across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji before that I spent four and a half year as assistant manager for Brunning and Price working in a busy retail environment.”

“After receiving my A-Levels I went straight into employment as I knew University was not for me and I started working in a recruitment agency as a branch administrator. I never thought about working in an office before working there and realised this was a career I wanted to pursue. I moved back to Chester and joined Let Alliance in August 2013 and I have changed dramatically since. Working here I have noticed my confidence improve and this is shown even when I am outside of work.”

I attended college to study carpentry and joinery.  Upon leaving college I went onto building and designing speakers for a company called OHM.  Following on from this I then went into my first sales role at ‘The Racing School’ providing driving experiences at lucrative circuits including Donnington Park and Brands Hatch.

I’m now extremely pleased to be a part of the Let Alliance Insurance Sales Team providing assistance and quotations to Tenants & Landlords who require protection for their buildings and/or contents.

In my spare time I love watching football and I am a big Everton fan.
